Ingredients
Lima Beans, 3.25 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped*Turkey, fryer-roasters, wing, meat and skin, roasted, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cookButter, salted, 1 stick Water, tap, 12 cup (8 fl oz)*smoked turkey wing gives it a better flavor
Directions
put everything in a big stock pot and boil until beans are soft. Then add bouillon, boil a few more minutes, add black pepper and salt taste.
