Shrimp & Soba & Almond Butter

Ingredients
4 oz Japanese Noodles, Soba 20 medium Shrimp, raw 1 medium Peppers, sweet, red, fresh1 cup (remove)Snow Peas, freshSauce:1/4 cup Soy sauce, low sodium, 4 tbsp garlic, minced in olive oil 2 tbsp Natural Rice Vinegar5 tbsp Justin's maple almond butter2 tbsp Sesame Oil2 tsp Crushed Red PepperWater, tap
Directions
cook soba noodles, drain and rinse w/cold water set aside
cook veggies & shrimp in a bit of oil just until peppers are softened.
Add noodles to shrimp and veggies turn heat down
Add sauce toss to combine
