Taco Pizza

Ingredients
1 lb. 93% lean ground beef1 packet taco seasoning (reduced sodium can be used)I tube Pillsbury pizza crust dough1/2 can (1/2 cup) tomato sauce3/4 package Colby Jack shredded cheese (or taco cheese)1/2 small onion, choppedblack olives, sliced (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Brown ground beef, drain. Add taco seasoning and water (per instructions), cook as directed. Keep warm.

Open tube of dough and spread in a jelly roll pan, cookie sheet, or pizza pan (sprayed with Pam). Bake for 10 minutes, remove from oven.

Spread 1/2 cup of tomato sauce on pizza. Spread ground beef taco mixture evenly on top of sauce. Sprinkle cheese on top and add chopped onions and sliced black olives.

Return to oven and bake approx. 10 more minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is cooked through.

Remove from oven, let cool and slice into 12 squares (for sheet pan).

*Optional - Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and low fat sour cream and salsa. Enjoy!
