spicy southwester shrimp salad

Ingredients
18 shrimp2 tbsp cajun seasoning2 cups water1 pkg spinach1 pkg romain lettuce1 pkg mustard greens2 carrots, sliced2 green peppers, sliced1 Portabello mushroom, sliced1 red onion, cut into rings2 C picante sauce1 C sour cream2 lemons
Directions
Boil Shrimp in seasoning and then cool. Peel and devain shrimp. Set aside. Toss all ingredients in a large serving bowl, including the picante sauce and lemon juice. Hold back the shrimp and sour cream. Attactively place the shrimp on top. Serve with sour cream on the side.
