Salmon cassarole

Ingredients
1 can salmon1/2 cup chopped onion2 T yellow mustard2 T ketsup3 eggs3/4 sleeve saltines, crushed1 can cream corn1/4 c oil1 cup corn meal1 cup flour1 egg1 cup buttermilk1 T sugar T baking powder
Directions
mix salmon, onion, ketsup, mustard, saltines and 3 beaten eggs. Place in greased cassarole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven & top with cream corn, then top with corn bread mixure. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
