Baked Egg Roll

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey6 cups shredded cabbage6 tbsp soy sauce4 garlic cloves15 eggroll wrappers2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Brown ground turkey with 1 tbsp olive oil in wok. Add 1/2 garlic and soy sauce. Place in bowl. Saute cabbage with remainder of soy sauce, garlic, and olive oil until softened. Combine turkey and cabbage. Place small amount in each wrapper and bake for 15 minutes. Turn and bake for 5 minutes.
