1 large Red Onion (chopped chunky)2 tbsp Coconut Oil1 tbsp Tamari Sauce2 packages of Portobella Mushrooms5 cups of Water1 cup of Whipping cream (38% fat)1 heaping tbsp Mushroom Soup Powder
Start with a saute of the red onions in Coconut oil. Add the Tamari Sauce to the onions and the Portobella Mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes. Then add the water and cook for another 10-12 minutes. Add the Soup Powder in the middle of cooking. Puree the soup a little (or a lot) with a hand wand immersion blender. Add the whipping cream at the end and only on low heat. Serve hot.
