Turkey/Beef Meatloaf (Low Carb, High Protein)

Ingredients
2.5 pounds ground turkey2.5 pounds ground beef1 cup chopped onion1 cup shredded carrots1 sleeve saltine crackershalf cup non-fat milk4 large eggs1 Tbsp salt1 Tbsp pepper2 Tbsp Worchestershire Sauce6 chopped garlic cloves
Directions
In a very large bowl, crumble crackers and soak in milk for 15 minutes while you chopped your veggies. Add remaining ingredients to the cracker mixture, mixing with your hands until just combined (don't over mix of the fat with melt, break down, and leave you with a dry meatloaf.). Free form into a rectangle loaf in a 13x9 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 75-90 minutes (until internal temp is 160 degrees). Let rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
