Stroganoff with Mince/Beef/or Chicken

Ingredients
500 g ground mince/beef strips/or chicken strips1 pkt Maggi Hot Pot Beef Stroganoff made up with 1 cup water1/2 Cup Bottled Tomato Pasta Sauce1/2 - 1 Cup Mushrooms (optional)1 small onion (chopped)2-3 T fat reduced Sour Cream150-200 g PastaGrated Fat reduced Cheese for garnish (optional)
Directions
serves 3/4.

1. Brown meat or chicken and onion in electric frypan or frypan on stove.
2.Add Hot Pot sauce made up with water and tomato bottled sauce
3. Add mushrooms
4.Simmer for minimum 20-30 minutes
5.Whilst simmering, cook pasta
6. Add Sour cream, stir and heat through. Do not allow to boil.
7. Add cooked pasta, stir and heat through.
8. Serve and garnish with grated cheese if wanted.
