Mexican Pork Pie

Ingredients
6 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese, 3 tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream, 6 tbsp Salsa Verde, 6 Tbsp Newman's Own Bandito Salsa ,1 lb Ground Pork, 2 tbsp Chili powder,2 clove Garlic, 1 tbsp ground cumin, 1 tsp cayenne, 1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped1 Egg 0.25 cup low fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese,4 Scallions,
Directions
Saute the garlic. Add the pork, peppers and spices. Brown well.

Meanwhile beat the egg and mix together with the cream cheese, sour cream, onions and salsas.

Transfer the meat to a oven safe casserole, mix in the cream cheese mixture, top with the shredded cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
