Tachioca (Chia Pudding RAW) Vegan, dairy free, gluten free

1 cup unsweetened almond milk3 Tbsp chia seeds1 Tbsp Goji berries (dried) 1 Tbsp Coconut, unsweetened dried and shredded1/2 Tbsp Raw cocoa chunks2 Tbsp maple syrup1 Tbsp lucuma powder
Put the goji berries to soak in a small bowl with luke warm water.
Prep your raw cocoa beans, depending on how they come in their package, you'll maybe need to peel them, then break them in little pieces.
Pour milk in a mixing bowl.
Add the chia seeds and miw well with a whip.
Drain the Goji berries and add them to the chia mixture.
Then add the cocoa chunks, coconut and maple syrup.
Let stand approx. 20 minutes.
Add the lucuma powder and mix well.
Serve.
You can add fresh fruits, nuts or seeds when serving. :)
Serving Size: 2 portions, just split it in two
