Southwestern Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
8 ozs ground turkey (extra lean)1/3 red bell pepper (diced small)1/3 green bell pepper (diced small)1 cup of mushrooms (slicedl)1 egg whites1 tsp chili powder1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (to taste)1/2 tsp cumin1 tsp cilantro (dried)salt (and pepper, to taste)
Directions
Put all ingredients (except hamburger buns) in a bowl and combine with hands. Form the mixture into 4 equal sized patties. Grill about 4-5 minutes on each side (or until thoroughly cooked). Serve on hamburger buns.
