Chicken, bacon, cheddar rice bake!

Ingredients
4 tbsp light butter1 cup onions2 tsp garlic powder2 tsp saltcracked pepper 3 1/2 cups veggie broth1 1/3 cup instant dry milk-add to proper amount of liquid as stated on box--should make 3 1/2 cups milk1 1/2 cups dry brown basmati rice16 ounces of shredded boneless skinless chicken breast6 slices turkey bacon cooked and crumbled 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar 2%
Directions
Cook and shred chicken ahead of time. Melt butter and mix into broth. Add all ingredients into casserole dish, cover and bake on 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes until its all cooked and set.

Serving Size: Makes 9 even squares in casserole dish!
