    Easy, refreshing, satisfying and the protein sticks with you through the am. Freeze the banana. Peel it first, cut in half and store in a ziplock in the freezer. I makes the smoothie much frostier and refreshing. You can keep many frozen bananas prepared. They are vary hard to peel after freezing. - 8/16/15
