Creamy Potato Soup

Chicken Breast1 can of 98% FF cream of chicken soup2 cups low sodium chicken broth1 block of low fat cream cheese3 diced potatoes
Directions
Throw everything in the crock pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Shred the chicken, and serve. YUM-O
