Crispy Salt & Pepper Tofu

Ingredients
16 oz xtra firm tofu2 tblsp cornstarchsalt and pepper1.5 tblsp coconut oil
Directions
cut tofu into 1/2 inch cubes, dry with a towl and press for 10 minutes.
Dry tofu one more time.
Heat oil in large wok, skillet or pan over med-high heat.
Add tofu in pan in single layer. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until nice and crispy.
