Creamy Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
250g Button Mushrooms3 tbsp Butter1 tsp Cracked Black Pepper300 ml Heavy Cream
Directions
1. Slice the mushrooms.
2. Melt the butter in a medium sized frying pan.
3. Add the cracked black pepper and stir to release flavour.
4. Saute mushrooms in melted butter & pepper until soft.
5. Add cream, mix and reduce to the desired consistency.
6. Add salt to taste.
