Balsamic Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients
1 lb. fresh asparagus, cut in half or thirds4 baby zucchini, rounds or sticks1 package (pint) brussels sprouts, quartered2 Tbsp olive oil1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar4 cloves garlic, grated1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1 Tbsp italian seasoning
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 400F.

1. Prepare all veggies.
2. Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, garlic, italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour over veggies, and toss to coat evenly.
4. Place on a cookie sheet, or 13x9 dish, and roast 30-40 minutes, or until done to your taste.
