Arugula Weight loss Soup

-1 tsp. Olive Oil-1 med. Onion-4 cloves garlic-4 cups Chicken Broth-5 oz. Arugula or Spinach-1 cup plain, fat free, Yogurt
-In large pot, sautee onion and garlic in olive oil until onions are cooked through, about 10 minutes.
-Add broth and arugula. Let cook for about 3 minutes.
-Add yogurt and stir until well blended. Simmer for about 3 more minutes.
Serving Size: Makes about six one cup servings.
