1 Lb Ground Beef6 Tbsp Fried Onions4-5 Thai Green Chili Peppers3/4 Tsp Salt or to Taste1/2 Tsp Paprika (Optional)1/4 Tsp Turmeric, Ground1 Tbsp Shan Tikka Masala powder or Garam Masala1 Tsp Ginger and Garlic Paste1 Tsp Canola OilFew Sprays Palm Oil Spray6 Wood or any Skewers
Pre heat the oven to 375 Degrees F. Strain the ground beef to make sure you get it as dry as possible. Put the ingredients in a food processor and run it to make a slightly smoother texture. Make 6 portions out of the mixture and wrap them around the skewers. Place the Skewers on a baking dish and spray with oil. Let it bake for 35-40 minutes.
