gingerbread cupcakes

Ingredients
hodgson mill gingerbread mix1 tb cornstarch with 2-3 tb water (as an egg replacer)1/4 cup melted fake butter (vegan)1.5 cups soy milk
Directions
use cupcake liners or grease pans
blend all ingredients
bake at 350 (box only has time for cake which is 30-35) I assume less for cupcakes but you'll just have to watch.
