Flat Bread, Carb Free

Ingredients
3 Eggs, separated 3 oz Cream Cheese, chilledA pinch of Cream of Tarter
Directions
Preheat oven to 300

Mix together eggs yolks and cream cheese with a mixer.

In a separate bowl mix egg whites and cream of tarter and beat to stiff peaks.

Fold the egg yolk mixture into the white mixture, being careful not to break down the whites but still mixing well.

Spoon mixture onto a greased cookie sheet, making six mounds.
