Cape Cod Chopped Salad Dressing

Ingredients
3 tbsp apple-cider vinegar1 tsp grated orange zest2 tbsp orange juice2.5 tsp dijon mustard2 tbsp pure maple syrupKosher salt to taste1/4 tsp black pepper2/3 cup olive oil
Directions
Put all ingredients except olive oil into blender. Turn blender on and drizzle olive oil in slowly until combined.

Serving Size: makes about 1 cup dressing; 1 serving equals 2 tablespoons
