Fish N Asparagus

Ingredients
Bacon (Farmland Low Sodium) 2 slices, 2 serving (remove) *Cheese - Parmasean Grated 1Tablespoon, 2 serving (remove) Asparagus, fresh, 10 spear, large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2") (remove) Haddock (fish), 16 oz (remove)
Directions
Chop raw bacon into small pieces, cook in large skillet over medium heat until beginning to crisp.

Add asparagus spears and sautee with bacon pieces until they begin to soften. Turn heat to low, add parmasean cheese and cook until asparagus is cooked through.

Remove Asparagus and bacon from pan, retain left over bacon grease. Cut the haddock into three equal size portions and cook in same pan until done.
