2 c shredded iceberg lettuce1/4 serving fresh Mandarin orange segments1/4 serving fresh Pineapple chunks1/2 small box raisins3 oz Atlantic salmon, grilled
Directions
combine all ingredients except salmon in a large bowl. grill salmon to desired doneness and place on top of salad.
