4 large strawberries (fresh, frozen)0.5 cup fresh blueberries1 large banana1 large handful fresh spinach (about 2 cups I'd guess)1 heaping teaspoon Nopalina Flax Seed Plus1 cup Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
Directions
Just put all the ingredients in your Nutri-Bullet and let it run for a minute or two.
