Green and White Chili

Ingredients
Ground lean turkey -20 ozOnion -2 cups choppedGarlic -3 cloves choppedCelery -1 cup choppedDiced chiles -2 4oz cansCannellini beans - 2 15 oz cans,drained and rinsedLow sodium chicken broth - 2 quartsCilantro - 1 bunch choppedSpinach - 4 cups choppedLime -zest and juice of 1 limeSalt- 1 tsp or to tasteBlack pepper -1/2 tsp or to taste
Directions
In a soup pot, cook turkey, onion, celery and garlic over medium high heat until turkey is no longer pink. Add chilies, beans and broth. Bring up to a simmer. Add cilantro, spinach and lime juice. Simmer for 10minutes. Seanson to taste.
