Italian Beef and Turkey Meat Loaf

1Lb Ground Beef 93% Lean1Lb Ground Turkey, Lean1 large can (14.5 oz.) mushroom stems and pieces1 can (3 oz.) sliced mushrooms1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes1 small green pepper, chopped1/4 c. chopped onion2 TB Italian seasoning2 TB chopped garlic1 tsp SPIKE seasoning1 tsp season salt1 cup marinara sauce, prepared4 slices provolone
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine vegetable ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add spices. Add meat to vegetables and mix thoroughly. Add parmesan cheese last and mix gently. Divide equally between two loaf pans. Cook 50 minutes in 350 degree oven, top with marinara sauce. Cook 10 minutes, adding sliced provolone to the top for the last 5 minutes, or until brown. Let sit before slicing 15 minutes.
