Low Fat Pimento Cheese with blue cheese and jalapeno peppers

Ingredients
14 oz low fat sharp cheddar cheese7 oz pimento peppers, diced3.5 oz crumble blue cheese3 oz chopped pickled jalapeno peppers1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise
Directions
Grate cheese add pimentos, liquid and all; mix in blue cheese, jalapenos and mayonnaise. Mix well. Chill in refrigerator for an hour before serving.
