Buttered Beef

Ingredients
3 lbs Beef cut into cubes (beef for beef stew)1/5 cup salted butter1 packet french onion soup mix2 medium to large onions1 lb mushrooms3 cups water
Directions
Brown beef then add all ingredients to pressure cooker and stir together. Place lid on pressure cooker and follow instructions for your pressure cooker so that pressure reaches 5 lbs. Let cook at 5 lbs for 20 minutes.
