Ingredients
2 T olive oil1 lb ground bison1 diced large onion2 cans dark kidney beans, undrained2 cans petite diced tomatoes1 bottle dark beer3 T chili powder or to taste1.5 tsp oregano.75 tsp cinnamon1 tbl ground chocolate1 tsp baking sodas & p to taste
Directions
brown onions and bison in heated oil. Add rest of ingredient. Bring to a simmer. Simmer 90 minutes
