1 tbsp lemon juice4 tbsp soya milk1/4 cup grapeseed oilpinch saltfew drops liquid stevia to taste
Add soya milk, lemon juice and salt to a blender, blend for 30 seconds or until the mixture is nice and fluffy. Add half the oil and blend again for 30 seconds or until the oil is totally assimilated. Add the remaining oil and blend.
