Collards with Smoked Turkey

Smoked Turkey Wings, No Bone, No Skin, 342 gram(s) (remove)Collards, 6 cup, chopped (remove)Pepper, black, .5 tbsp (remove)crushed red pepper (seasoning), 1 tbsp (remove)Water, tap, 15 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
rinse turkey and then boil in pot with seasoning (use enough water to cover turkey) and boil in covered pot for about 1.5 -2 hours.
Remove from water and let cool. Add washed and chopped greens to seasoned water in pot.
Once cool remove skin from meat and discard all bones. Add meat back to pot and stir into greens.
Replace lid and cook for 1-1.5 hours.
Season with salt if deisred.
