1 diced onion1 tsp olive oil4 c frozen diced sweet potatoes1 can black beans1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes4 c unsalted vegetable broth
saute onions in olive oil til translucent
add vegetable broth and sweet potatoes
bring to boil and simmer 20 minutes
add black beans and tomatoes
simmer 10 more minutes
season to taste
