Cashew and Chocolate Cups

Ingredients

Cashew Butter, 1 cup Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp Honey, 1 tbspCoconut (Shredded) 2 TbspPinch of salt (koser)Sea salt for garnishHershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips, 48 tbsp
Pulse first three ingredients in a food processor until combined. Press some of the mixture into the bottoms for the mini cups.
Melt the dark chocolate and pour over the top of the cashew base.
Sprinkle with a bit of sea salt
Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
Unpan, bag in a ziplock and keep in the freezer.
Remove from freeze and let set a few minutes before eating as not to chip a tooth.
