Protein Breakfast Shake

Ingredients
1 scoop Whey protein unflavored1 tsp. flax seeds1 tbsp. chia seeds1/2 cup frozen blueberries, unsweetened1/2 cup frozen cranberries, unsweetened1/2 cup water1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened2 ice cubes
Directions
I add the frozen cranberries, frozen blueberries, flax and chia seeds, and the 1/2 cup of water to the blender the night before and put the blender in the fridge. This allows the seeds and frozen items to soften overnight.

In the morning add the Whey protein, almond milk, almond butter, and 2 ice cubes to the blender and mix until smoothie consistency.

Serving Size: Makes about 16 oz serving with all ingredents
