Salmon Patties

Ingredients
7 oz. canned salmon1/2 slice Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grain bread, toasted and crushed into crumbs1 Large egg white or 1/3 c. Liquid egg whites1/2 c. Minced celery1/2 c. Sliced green onion1 T. chopped fresh dillOlive oil for fryingLemon wedges for garnish
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Use hands to form mixture into 6 approx. 1.5 inch patties.

Heat oil over medium high heat in a skillet. When oil begins to shimmer, add patties and reduce heat to medium. Cook until patties are warm through and browned on the outside, about 4 minutes each side.
