Barb's Corned Beef Rueben

Ingredients
Tbsp Butter2 slices (large) of dark rye bread4 oz cooked corned beef1/2 C Sauerkraut2 slices Swiss CheeseThousand Island Dressing:2 Tbsp Mayonnaise2 Tbsp Pickle Relish2 Tbsp Ketsup
Directions
I brown one side of the bread in a frying pan using the butter. I "pile on" the meat, Sauerkraut and cheese, in that order on BOTH pieces of bread, separating it into halves. I place the 2 "sides" of the sandwich under the broiler on the MIDDLE rack until the cheese melts, and the ingredients are warmed. I then, "flip" the halves together for serving.

Serving Size: Makes 1 LARGE Sandwich - I eat 1/2 at a time.
