Curry Chicken

Ingredients
Ingredients: 2 tsp cayenne pepper2 tsp curry powder2 tsp chili powder1 tsp sea salt1 tsp ground coriander1 tsp ground ginger1 tsp ground cumin1 tsp cinnamon3 tbsp coconut oil1 cup sliced onion4 minced garlic cloves2 lb chicken breast (cut into small pieces)8 oz plain greek yogurt6 oz lite coconut milk
Directions
Directions:
Melt coconut oil in large pan over medium heat
Add the onions and garlic and sauté
Add the spices (first 8 ingredients) and sauté for 5 minutes stirring frequently
Add chicken and cook for 10 minutes
Add the greek yogurt, coconut milk and veggies and bring to a boil
Once pot is brought to a boil; cover and reduce heat to low and let simmer for 30-60 minutes.

Tastes great alone or served over rice!
