saute brussel sprouts

Ingredients
1 1/4 lbs of Brussels sprouts, shredded1/2 onion, chopped2 tsp EVOO1/3 cup pine nuts or Pistachios, chopped1/3 cup craisins1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese1/2 tsp ground peppersalt to taste
Directions
shred Brussels spouts or slice very thin, discarding bottoms and any yellow leaves
heat 1 tsp of EVOO in saute pan over medium heat.
cook onion until soft-- 4=5 minutes
add shredded sprouts to pan and cook until soft but still bright green.
Add last five ingredients
