ZucchiniYellow SquashOnionsPeppersGarlicBasilTomato PasteHot Sauce to taste
Directions
Slice up all your veggies into small bite size pieces. Get your oil hot and sauté for 5 minutes. Lower the heat, cover and cook until just soft. Add Spices. Mix the Tomato Past with enough water to make it saucy and stir into veggie mix. Heat through.
