Crabmeat Casserole

4-5 med. potatoes, mashed4 tsp. minced onions1/2 c. butter1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper1/2 c. cream1 c. shredded cheddar or mozzarella2 cans crab meat, drained1/2 tsp. paprika
Spray baking pan. In a large pan, combine all ingredients together except crab meat and paprika and cook over medium heat until fluffy. Fold in crab meat. Spread in prepared pan. Can also be used as a stuffing inside pasta shells. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
