Thai Chicken Pizza

Pizza Dough (homemade/store bought: either is fine)1 Cup chopped carrots1 Cup chopped green preppers3 oz. chicken breasts cooked1 tsp. Honey2 tsp. Soy Sauce3 tsp. peanut butter (smooth style works best, but any is fine.)
First heat and cook pizza dough(according to dough instructions) until it is mostly cooked, but not fully. (It will be placed back in the oven for 10 minutes.) Take out of oven and place aside.
Grill or boil your chicken and slice into thin piece or shred chicken. Set in a bowl and place aside.
Take honey, soy sauce and peanut butter and mix together over stove until mixture becomes like a sauce. The longer it's over the stove, the more thin it will become. Taste and adjust flavors and consistency as desired.
Take pizza dough, cover in peanut/soy sauce mixture. Place chicken and other toppings (peppers and carrots). Bake pizza at 350 for 10 minutes or until dough is fully cooked and toppings cooked through. Allow to cool and enjoy!
