Crusty Artisan Bread

Ingredients
3 cup flour1 tsp kosher salt1 tsp yeast1 1/2c. warm water
Directions
mix dry ingredients, add water and stir into wet dough.
cover with plastic and let sit in refrigerator 10-24 hours (it is very forgiving).
Heat pyrex with lid in 450 oven 1/2 hour, dump dough into hot pan, and cover and cook 30 minutes.
Uncover and cook an additional 15 mins.

Serving Size: cut loaf into 10 thick slices
