Creamy Seafood Casserole

Ingredients
1 - 6 oz. pkg. long grain and wild rice1 lb. imitation crab meat1 lb. cooked salad shrimp2 celery ribs, chopped1/2 cup green pepper, chopped1/4 cup (2 ozs.) diced pimentos, drained1 cup plain Greek yogurt1 cup skim milk1/2 tsp pepper1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
Directions
1. Cook rice according to package directions.
2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
3. In a large bowl, combine crab, shrimp and vegetables. In a small bowl, whisk yogurt, milk, pepper, worcestershire sauce and mix into seafood mixture. Add the rice and stir until mixed well.
4. Pour into a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
