Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients
2 cups Bob's Red Mill 100% Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flour2 cup Granulated Sugar2 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Morton Table Salt1/2 cup Cocoa Powder, Hershey's Natural Unsweetened2 cups Water1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol2 tsp distilled white vinegar1/3 Cup Applesauce (Kroger unsweetened)1/3 Cup Canola Oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F.
1. Mix all dry ingredients together with a whisk.
2. Combine all wet ingredients.
3. Add wet to dry and mix thoroughly.
4. Add to lined or greased cupcake tins.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes for regular and 15 minutes for minis.
