Apricot Glazed pork with rice

Ingredients
8 pork loin chops1 cup apricot jam or orange marmalade2 TB soy sauce1 tsp sesame oil1 cup brown rice (cook according to package)
Directions
Start rice about 15 minutes prior to starting pork. Brown pork chops in a little oil. Transfer to 13x9 pan. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over pork. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes..
