I substituted Stevia and Egg Beaters, but left everything else the same. Delicious!!! - 6/28/14

I used 16 oz of low fat cream cheese instead of mixing regular with fat free. Did not like vanilla wafers as the crust, so will choose a different cookie to find one that works for me. We made 2 sets with berries on top and one with chocolate chips mixed in. Very, very good! - 7/5/14
