Creamy Chicken and Veggie Slow Cooker Soup

Ingredients
1 package (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables 1 small onion, chopped 2 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup 1 can (14 oz.) chicken broth 1/2 teaspoon each dried parsley and dried rosemary 1/4 teaspoon each black pepper and garlic salt 1 bay leaf 1 can (12 oz.) fat-free evaporated milk 1 tablespoon flour 3 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey ** I add a little bit more of the spices beacuse that's how my family likes it !
Directions
This is a slow cooker recipe, you can either cook it on low for 4 to 5 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours.
