4 zucchini, halved lengthwise, insides scooped out1 1/4 cup marinara sauce2/3 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese1 tsp Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Fill inside of zucchini halves with equal amounts marinara. Top each with equal parts mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until zucchini is cooked and cheese is melted.
